Raspberry Wheat (1 token) – Infused with raspberries from the Fraser Valley, this amber wheat ale is crisp and clean with subtle fruitness. Hand Truck Porter (Certified Organic, cask-conditioned) (1 token) – A rich, dark and aromatic ale with a hint of roast malt and chocolate. Full of flavour, with a mellow body and a lovely malty aroma. It has been fermented right in the cask, making for a soft mouthfeel and gentle effervescence. This is a high-alcohol beer, so go gently!

10th Anniversary Ale (Certified Organic, cask-conditioned) (1 token) – Cask-conditioned and dry-hopped. A robust and flavourful IPA, with the aromas of organic BC hops, a firm, malty body, and a lasting bitterness. Not for the faint of heart! This beer has been fermented right in the cask, and has had a whack of our own farm-grown and wild hops added to each cask for extra kick.

Half Cracked Nut Brown (1 token) – There are no nuts in our Nut Brown Ale, the only nuts that come anywhere near it are the brewers. The nut brown refers to the dark colour and the slight nutty flavour that comes from the roasted barley. We have kept the hops to a minimum to allow the full malt flavour to be experienced. Idiot Rock IPA (1 token) – Idiot Rock, a popular fishing hole near Smithers, is a favourite for local Salmon fishers. So popular that the name may be a reference to the crowds of people lining up to dangle a hook in the Bulkley River for the chance to land a Salmon. Our Idiot Rock IPA is modelled after the American variety of this traditional British beer style. Brewed with a plenitude of hops,this beer was originally made to last the long journey from England to India without spoiling. Today, the hops are all about taste. Being dry-hopped, this beer has a flowery aroma and a citrus-like taste making it a great match to a spicy curry or perhaps that barbecued salmon you just caught.

Revenge of the Pine Pale Ale (1 token) – R.O.P. Pale Ale, is a tip of the hat to our besieged Pine Tree. It features primarily pale malted barley from Armstrong BC and being unfiltered is a slightly cloudy copper colour. Our local glacier fed water and Pearle hops give our Pale a moderate amount of body with an undertone of sweetness, a touch of hoppy bitterness and a clean finish.
